What can fat transfer contribute?
Fat may improve selected contour irregularities or provide additional soft-tissue coverage.
But fat retention is variable. Some transferred fat is naturally resorbed, and the final volume cannot be guaranteed precisely.
Are implants permanent?
Breast implants are not lifetime devices.

That does not mean a patient must automatically replace implants at a predetermined date. It means augmentation should be viewed as a long-term medical decision.
